Shri P.R.Tripathi is a Mining Engineer of 1963 batch from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. In the initial period of his career he worked in various Coal Mines in Jharia, Ranigunj, Chanda and Assam coal fields in India for 8 years up to 1971, in positions like Asst. Colliery Manager and Colliery Manager.
From February 1971 to June 2003 he worked in NMDC in various capacities and rose to the position of Director (Production) in 1994 and thereafter took over as CMD (Chairman and Managing Director) of NMDC Ltd in 1997. He superannuated in June 2003. He contributed towards all round growth of NMDC.
Shri Tripathi received many awards like Industrial Excellence Award, NMDC Gold Medal by Mining Engineer’s Association of India, Manager of the year 2000 Award by Hyderabad Management Association, John Dunn Medal for the year 2001-2002 by The Mining, Geological and Metallurgical Institute of India, Man of the year 2002 by American Biographical Institute, USA, Coal India Productivity Individual Award 2001-2002 by Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering for his excellent services towards Mineral Industry.
Shri Mukesh Jain started his career as a banker and has specialised in Corporate Law, Business Strategy, Legal Advisor at Board Level, Property related issues and Banking. Mr. Jain is a respected name in the Legal and Banking fraternity in Mumbai.
